AELY partners with Aramex Store to Door to deliver orders across South Africa.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

During high demand periods, launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may increase.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time:

• Regional areas: 8 to 11 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and depend on courier operations, location accessibility, weather conditions, and other external factors.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping option.

Any free shipping promotions apply only where specifically stated by AELY.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Tracking updates are provided by Aramex South Africa.

5. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

AELY is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Unavailable recipients
• Refused deliveries
• Restricted access locations

Additional courier fees for re-delivery or address corrections may apply.

6. Delivery Delays

While AELY aims to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

• Courier operational delays
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• High shipment volumes
• Customs or security checks
• Events outside AELY’s control

AELY is not liable for delays once parcels have been handed to the courier.

7. Risk and Ownership

Risk in the product passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address.

Ownership of products transfers only after full payment has been received.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, you must contact AELY within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Customers may be asked to provide:

• Order number
• Photos of packaging or damaged items
• Supporting delivery information

AELY reserves the right to investigate claims with the courier before approving replacements or refunds.

9. International Shipping

International shipping availability, delivery times, customs duties, taxes, and import fees vary by country.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their country.

AELY is not responsible for customs delays or rejected imports.
