Returns & Exchanges
Please note that, for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on jewellery items that have been worn, used, altered, or are not in their original condition.
If your item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Our team will review the matter and arrange a suitable replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
